Bitumen 60/70 Penetration Grade
Paving bitumen of penetration grade 60/70, with penetration 60 – 70 (0.1 mm) at 25 °C and softening point 45 – 51 °C, supplied as the asphalt binder for highways, airfield pavements and heavily trafficked roads and as base bitumen for emulsions and modified binders.

Base Oil 65N-HVI
A thin high-VI paraffinic neutral for damper fluids, instrument oils and blend trimming. Base Oil 65N-HVI is held to 10.0 – 12.0 cSt at 40 °C, with viscosity index min 95, pour point max -9 °C and PMCC flash point min 130 °C.

Base Oil 100N-HVI
Light high-VI paraffinic neutral that supplies the light fraction of passenger car engine oil blends. Base Oil 100N-HVI: 18.5 – 21.0 cSt at 40 °C, VI min 95, COC flash point min 177 °C; also used in hydraulic, circulating and machine tool oils.

Base Oil 100N-MVI
Base Oil 100N-MVI is a light neutral chosen for solvency rather than maximum VI. At 20.0 – 24.0 cSt at 40 °C and viscosity index min 80, it holds additives in soluble and neat cutting oils, process and carrier oils, and steady-temperature machine oils.

Base Oil 150N-HVI
The workhorse mid-weight neutral for turbine, circulating, hydraulic and engine oil blending. Base Oil 150N-HVI is specified at 28.5 – 32.0 cSt at 40 °C, viscosity index min 95, COC flash point min 180 °C and carbon residue max 0.10 wt %.

Base Oil 400N-HVI
Heavy high-VI neutral that builds base-oil viscosity into gear and transmission oils. Base Oil 400N-HVI runs 9.4 – 10.4 cSt at 100 °C with viscosity index min 95 and COC flash point min 227 °C, for industrial gear, axle, tractor and marine oils.

Base Oil 500N-HVI
Top-weight high-VI distillate neutral that carries the viscosity in truck and bus diesel oils, air compressor oils for reciprocating machines and soap-thickened greases. Base Oil 500N-HVI: 10.5 – 11.5 cSt at 100 °C, VI min 95, COC flash point min 227 °C.

Base Oil 650N-MVI
Heavy medium-VI neutral for mills, mines and cement plants. Base Oil 650N-MVI (10.6 – 11.6 cSt at 100 °C, VI min 80) holds extreme-pressure and fatty additives in solution in enclosed gear oils, cylinder oils and greases.

Bright Stock BS-MVI
The heaviest base oil in the range, Bright Stock BS-MVI gives body to marine cylinder oils, heavy gear oils, open gear compounds, wire rope dressings and hot-service greases. A deasphalted residual stock with viscosity index min 75, it runs 35.0 – 42.0 cSt at 100 °C and has a COC flash point of min 280 °C.

Spindle Oil
Low-drag lubricant for textile and machine-tool spindles running at high speed, for knitting and sewing machines and for small precision mechanisms. Spindle Oil is a pale paraffinic oil held to 9.0 – 12.0 cSt at 40 °C, with viscosity index min 95 and pour point max -9 °C.

Transformer Base Oil
Feedstock for insulating oil blenders rather than a finished transformer oil. Transformer Base Oil is a light, thoroughly refined stock limited to max 10.0 cSt at 40 °C, with VI min 95 and pour point max -9 °C, for finishing into transformer, switchgear and circuit breaker oils.

Rubber Process Oil (RPO)
Aromatic extender and softener for tyre treads, sidewalls and carcasses, retread rubber, conveyor belts, hoses and extruded profiles. Rubber Process Oil (RPO) is a dense extract from heavy lube refining: viscosity gravity constant 0.94 – 0.99, kinematic viscosity 14.0 – 37.0 cSt at 100 °C.

Low Extract Oil (LEO)
A thin extract oil that softens and extends EVA soles, sealants, adhesives and lighter polymer compounds without long mixing cycles. Low Extract Oil (LEO) has a viscosity floor of 2.5 cSt at 100 °C, a COC flash point of min 150 °C and specific gravity max 1.10.

High Extract Oil (HEO)
Heavy aromatic extract for extending SBR and natural rubber, reclaiming scrap tyre rubber, tyre compounding and fluxing hard bitumen. High Extract Oil (HEO) is recovered when heavier lube distillates are solvent refined and is specified at min 12.0 cSt at 100 °C, with sulphur max 5.6 wt %.

Carbon Black Feedstock Oil (Carbon Oil)
Reactor feed for furnace carbon black producers supplying tyres, masterbatches, printing inks and conductive compounds. Carbon Black Feedstock Oil is dense and strongly aromatic: BMCI typical 100 and not below 95, VGC min 0.95, viscosity max 45.0 cSt at 100 °C and COC flash point min 240 °C.

EIOS T2-U Electrical Insulating Oil
EIOS T2-U is an uninhibited mineral insulating oil to IEC 60296:2020 (Type B, TVBU). It has no added synthetic antioxidant and relies on natural inhibitors retained in refining, for transformers and switchgear specified for uninhibited oil.

EIOS T2-HI Electrical Insulating Oil
EIOS T2-HI is an inhibited Type A mineral insulating oil to IEC 60296:2020 for transformers and switchgear. Its added antioxidant greatly lengthens oxidation life, but it is used up in service, so inhibitor content has to be tracked.

Mineral Oil
Mineral oil is a mix of saturated hydrocarbons distilled from crude petroleum and refined, usually by hydrotreating, to strip out aromatics and unsaturates. Technical, food and pharmaceutical grades are offered; state grade and intended contact at enquiry.

Gel Wax - Soft (Container Grade)
Soft gel wax is white mineral oil gelled with a lighter polymer dose than the moulded hard grade, which makes it the container grade. It flows freely and releases air for the clearest finish, but it must be burned in the vessel it fills.

Gel Wax - Hard (Moulded Grade)
Hard gel wax is the moulded grade of transparent candle gel: white mineral oil set with a high loading of polymer resin. It melts at 60–80 °C and is firm enough to be demoulded and stand unsupported, keeping embeds where they are placed.
